SMSgt Christina S. Glasper serves as the Quality Assurance and Resource Management Superintendent for the 103d Logistics Readiness Squadron, Bradley Air National Guard Base in East Granby, Connecticut. She serves as the primary focal point for resource management and compliance within LRS. SMSgt Glasper advises the LRS leadership on matters affecting quality and compliance of 8 flights (Staff, Materiel Management, Air Transportation Function, Log Plans, Fuels, Traffic Management, Ground Transportation, Vehicle Maintenance), and proficiency of over 120 Air National Guard Enlisted personnel in the LRS. She is the LRS Top-3 President, Senior Wing Inspection Team lead, and 103d Airlift Wing Process Manager of the Continuous Process Improvement Program. SMSgt Glasper began her military service in the Air National Guard in July 1999. She started in the 103d Force Support Squadron with various responsibilities including Mortuary Affairs, Food Service, Fitness/Recreation, Lodging and Training. Prior to her current role, she also held positions as the Services Training and Manager, Installation Personnel Readiness Manager, Inspector General NCOIC, before being selected as the Inspector General Senior Enlisted Leader in 2018 SMSgt Glasper is a combat veteran. She has deployed multiple times in support of Operations IRAQI FREEDOM and ENDURING FREEDOM.
